Hi,
it looks like Freevo is ready for 1.4. So I suggest a code freeze
now. Please don't include any new features in Freevo or change some
features to do more or look nicer. The only things allowed now are:
o translation updates (po files and adding _() in the code)
o more docs (helpfull print in the code)
o bugfixes
If you really want to extend a feature, please send a diff first to
make sure _nothing_ will be broken. Better but it in your WIP and wait
after 1.4 final. I will get a patch for the rc.py stuff the next days
to change the repeat stuff from counting the keys to a time based
solution. A friend of mine has problems with repeating commands and
it's more a bugfix than a new feature (similar to the patch send here
some days ago)
Roadmap (if nothing bad happens):
o Code freeze now!
o Release 1.4rc2 next sunday. We need
- a new mmpython release (Thomas)
- a new runtime (Rob)
This should be the last rc release. It's for a last big testing and
for translation updates only!
o One week later 1.4 final comes out.
o Code freeze will end
