I just vialoted the code freeze

It was impossible to move ideblar.py to a directory in plugins because
of a limitation in plugin.py. I just rewrote the search function. I
tested it, but please test if all your plugins still work.
idlbar.py is now idlebar/__init__.py and idlebar/system.py. The later
contains the procstat and sensors plugins.
If someone wants to move more plugins into a file, please do so.
