I t also would make it possible to watch TV without having the guide
working.
 That seems a good thing to me, because it should be possible
to watch TV without the guide.
There could be reasons for not using the guide,
for example slow and/or expensive internet or no internet at all.

I still would like that, but it's not that important...
The important thing is, that there is a quick way to start TV.
One doesn't have  to open the guide first, but can just and simply
watch TV and zap around a little...
