Hey, in the end they didn't patent the odour of their farts (yet), so everybody should be happy while he can fart whithout beeing sued. That's very much my opinion on patenting colours. God should let the grass and leaves have some other colour than green,because it's patented by someone. Reminds me of the "Deutsche Telekom" who patented the colour magenta, and the capital letter "T"... Now what?
