Summary: Slide Shows with Music Enabled causes crash

Initial Comment:
This maybe related to Alberto Hernando's crash; this
crash is consistent and reproducible, it occurs a
number of seconds after the slide show begins, but the
time seems to vary. And it is related to the having
background music, if this is removed the slide show
plays correctly.

Patch from James Fiore and his comment is:

I worked around the problem by applying the following
patch to rc.py line 466 but I suspect it's causing a
memory leak in python because items are not actually
being removed from the callback stack.

NOTE
----

This does not completely fix the problems with audio on
slide shows. If the music finishes before the slide
show then Freevo still crashes.
