I can't for the life of me remember how I did the capture for http://urandom.ca/~tack/kaa-menu-demo.avi Most of the capture solutions I tried sucked because they use so much cpu, which causes the thing you're demoing to be jerky. Probably the way I did it was just wire my tv-out to my svideo input on my pvr250 and captured what I was outputting.
