Dischi, as briefly talked last night on IRC, I'm sending in an ebuild
for freevo-1.7.0 for the SVN overlay. I just modified an 1.6.* ebuild,
in which I changed the following:
- replaced dependency to mmpython with dependency to at least
kaa-metadata-0.6.0 and kaa-imlib2-0.2.0 which depend themselves on
kaa-base-0.1.2
- added dependency to vorbis-tools, to also have oggenc show up;
- added installation also of the local_conf.py.example file itself, to
/etc/freevo, not only using it for an initial local.conf.py or update
proposal for "etc-update", to have the new example file handy in that
directory.
I briefly updated my config file I had with 1.6.3 until now to the
example shipped with 1.7.0, and things seems to work. The 3 kaa pieces
where installed in their newest snapshot version from the SVN overlay
(20070226), but I guess the versions also released on SF behave well,
too, other people might have already played with them (I haven't had
time to play with Freevo lately)
