Good for testing :)

Actually it seems stable, the record server works and I've not noticed a
crash. AFAICS You're upsoon crash was not related. I've been running the
notifier code for ages on my test box and it seems fine. But I
don't/can't test everything on it.

I've updated the upsoon plug-in with the Timer and EventHandler code
from kaa.notifier, in the process of fixing the bug.
