Sorry I can't figure out what is going on, the behaviour seems to change, sometimes it shut down cleanly with a ctrl-c othertimes it doesn't. Through the menu it does not shut down, just get the "shutting down..." message. Sometimes the kaa.main.stop gets called othertimes it doesn't. The situation is worse when the external signal handlers are disabled, it just exits no stops are called.
