I'm using Python 2.6 and SVN Freevo, with the GUI running through DirectFB/SDL. The same thing happens, when you press ESC the image remains. Sometimes I can catch glimpses of the menus I'm supposed to be navigating (they overdraw the image) but none of them seem to work and the image remains.
