Freevo should be able to run without X11 since it uses SDL and there is a native Carbon port of SDL. You'll need to compile the requirements by hand or get them from fink if they're available, but there is no real reason it shouldn't work. > if this is possible does anyone know how to do it? As I said, it hasn't been tried yet, but I went through and checked for Linux-isms awhile back, and I know it works on FreeBSD, so it should work on the Mac.
