I don't think the problem is CPU cooling now, as it is easy to upgrade to an ultra-quiet main fan, and there is the on-board variable speed control for this fan. The source of noise is now either the PSU or the 2nd motherboard fan (I don't know whether this is the video chips or the motherboard chipset). quietpc.com's Silent Motherboard Heatsink doesn't look as though it will fit from a height point of view, and the video chip heatsinks look too wide. Although I haven't tried either, so if anyone has any experience of this in a Shuttle box....
