unfortunately i didn't find an channel output in that logs.
I assumed that there is something wrong with my TV.xml, so I just put in there on
entry:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
<!DOCTYPE tv SYSTEM "xmltv.dtd">

<tv generator-info-name="gottfried szing - http://yasd.cc/";>
  <programme start="200307070000 +0100" stop="200307070100 +0100" channel="MTV">
    <title lang="de">Rock Zone</title>
    <desc lang="de">                                            </desc>
    <category>unbekannt</category>
    <language>de</language>
    <length units="minutes">60</length>
  </programme>
</tv>

and my TV_CHANNELS looks like:
TV_CHANNELS = [('12 MTV', 'MTV', '12')]

ok, pretty simple - but freevo still says: the channel has no data loaded . grrrr......

anyway, thanks for your help guys...
