It's not about the user. He's (the German user) doing nothing wrong
when downloading Freevo with mplayer and decss. _We_ break the law by
putting it on the server because we distribute something that can
handle with copy protected stuff. But since sorceforge is in US, we
should check the law there.

When you break the law at home, noone can proof it. When you upload
something that breaks the law ... that's different.

You mean like: when it's illegal to watch my own DVD, it can't get
worse by watching a copy....interessting point.
