if you are in the USA the instructions in the WiKi are wrong.
you have to run the perl script that looks at the first load of data you
grabbed from XMLTV and parse it for the station names which are bizzare
web-addresses for usa channel data.

read the wiki and ignore the instructions about how to do it any way excepf
for the lazy way, then hand copy and edit the generated channel list into
yout freevo_local.py as the wiki specifies..

Thanks for the note. I did as you instructed, but I still have the same
results -- a freevo with no Program Guide.

Again, the problem is that I can view TV, I have edited the config file so it
has my local channels, however, there is no program information. I have also
download the JPG's for the station logos, but they are not loaded either.
According to the config file, I have them in the right location.

Any thoughts would be appreciated, after all, if I can't get this going, then
what is the point?

Thanks,
Mike

Here is a sample from my config file:

blah,blah,blah

TV_CHANNELS = [('3 WKYT', 'WKYT', '3'),
   ('5 DISC', 'DISC', '5'),
   ('6 UPN', 'UPN', '6'),
   ('8 WDKY', 'WDKY', '8'),
   ('9 WLEX', 'WLEX', '9'),

blah, blah, blah
