I have installed Freevo 1.3.2 on Mandrake Linux 9.1, and after much fumbling and web searching, got everything configured except television recording. I can record the video successfully, but there is no audio. Watching TV directly the sound comes through fine, so I'm thinking that it has something to do with my Mencoder command line? An example of the line I'm using is:
/usr/bin/mencoder -tv on:driver=v4l:input=0:norm=NTSC:channel=49:chanlist=us-cable :width=320:height=240:outfmt=yv12:device=/dev/video0:adevice=/dev/sound/dsp :audiorate=32000:forceaudio:forcechan=1:buffersize=64 -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4:vbitrate=350:keyint=300 -oac mp3lame -lameopts br=128:cbr:mode=3 -ffourcc divx -o testfiles/Movies/Recorded/09-08_05:00_-_Buffy_the_Vampire_Slayer_The_Initiat ive.avi -v -endpos 750 >& /var/log/freevo/freevo_record_1063057619.log ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ Freevo-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/freevo-users
