[Freevo-users] shared partitions

I was just thinking of installing Windows and Linux on same system and having either Windows or Linux share the same media directory. Problem with this is that WinXp uses NTFS partition and Linux Ext3 partition. Is there a partition or program that will allow for compatibility for both OS's?
