On a related note, I have problems w/ the same type of card appearing
rotated
about 5 degrees CCW. I am guessing it is the card (Even the BIOS is
askew), but
it is the same w/ two cards I have tried. Does anyone have any
experience w/ this??

Interesting, as I have noted the same thing with my MX440. Perhaps not a full 5 degree, but still notably rotated CCW. I thought it was my tv that was twisted. Does anyone know if this is a driver (i use nvidia's own) or hardware issue? Is the picture upright with framebuffer?
I am assuming it is hw, because if I F2 into the bios it is rotated too. No software there to speek of/?? BTW, the second card I tried was a gf-4 440mx as well. Chaintech I think, crappy card but for 35-40$ what do you expect ? :)
