The prio is for childapp in 1.3.4. In 1.4rc1, there is same code to
remove it and use nice. You can't renice stuff in w32 I guess, so you
should remove it.

When you run './freevo setup' it will create a freevo.conf. config.py
uses this to build CONF.*
