[Freevo-users] xine and remote

I can't seem to get freevo to control xine either via remote or keyboard 
(It worked fine w/ mplayer but I am trying to get dvd titles working).   
I am using the latest freevo (rc4) and the following xine packages.  Is 
there anything I need to do to set this up so that it works??  I looked 
around and didn't find any info on this, any help would be great.
