Ignore that stuff.  It's informative, nothing more.  

This is the important line:

> -tv on is deprecated, use tv:// instead
> Exiting... (error parsing cmdline)

I had the same problem.  Change the options line after -tv.  Take out the 
'on:'.  Then, at then end of your command line, enter a tv://.  That 
should clear it up.
