Hmm,
Maybe it's freevo's privacy policy, typical for open source ;)

Betreff: [Freevo-users] Watching personal channels.

Hi all,

I'm new to this list and am relatively new to Freevo (installed it a couple
months ago on a Red Hat 7.3 box). I've setup a four channel modulator so I
can have some "personal channels" (watching my son's crib, etc). I've been
able to update the TV.xml file to include my four personal channels, but I'm
seeing something wacky in Freevo. If I attempt to watch a personal channel,
I get a black screen. If I hit a key to return to Freevo, nothing happens
-- I'm stuck with a black screen. If I hit <Ctrl><Alt><Del> a window pops
up (from X) that asks me if I want to log out. The only thing I can choose
is either [Logout] (which correctly logs out and restores the video) or hit
the <Esc> key (which causes the small window to go away and I'm back at the
black screen).

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? What would cause these four channels to be
unwatchable such that it also disables the ability to go back Freevo?

advTHANKSance.
