I have a similar problem. I would like to use the btaudio device driver for my
bt878 card instead of line in.

Mencoder does not work at all(chipmunks, and yes, I am using the correct rate ..
), so I am trying div4linux. However ....
div4linux has differng requirements for parameters. i.e it needs freq instead of
channels and frames to record instead of time.

Can someone suggest a script that will pass these to div4linux? i.e is theer a
"freq" parameter?

Many thanks,
Bernard.

PS: ffmpeg also works ok with my card, but has the same problems with parameter
passing
