Its pretty much and install off of the cd's, and a update from the web servers. The only thing that i added was drivers for my wireless. I also did a custom kernel (only changes where from generic i586 to p4, and enabling the SiSfb instead of vesafb) And yes, 2.6.3 is in the distribution. I had figured that if I do the quick install, it should work, but its hosed too :-( which kinda suprised me.
