I had this problem a while ago too, but it went away when Dischi fixed
some stuff with the MPLAYER_AO_DEV option parsing. Well, try to
"simplify" the MPLAYER_AO_DEV option, at least to this "alsa1x" or
"oss" (depends on your config). (The essence is, to have no : or - in
the option line)

If it does not work, post your MPLAYER_AO_DEV line.
