This one is for SomaFM <URL:http://soma.fm/>

If you download the cover images from http://www.soma.fm/ (+ the
soma.fm logo) and place them in an "img" directory below the
directory of the fxd file, you'll see the channel covers too.

BTW, there's no such thing as 

<cover-img>http://soma.fm/img/cliqhop.gif</cover-img>

or 

<cover-img source="http://soma.fm/img/";>cliqhop.gif</cover-img>

which would be cool.

The fxd contains several <url>'s for each channel since soma.fm
provides more than one source per channel.  I'm not sure which one is
chosen by Freevo.
