Yes, I'd like to boot from ethernet, downloading kernel over wifi. Just as the ltsp works.. I know that ltsp supports inputs from mouse and keyboard, but I'm not too sure about lirc and gamepads..

Subject: [Freevo-users] Using Freevo with thin clients (LTSP)

Hi all,

Do someone got experience from using Freevo with thin clients, i.e. the LTSP project? I was thinking having a minor computer (harddiskless) at my TV and have it connected to my workstation in another room.

Basically, things that could be problems could be things like:
- Loading the TV-driver used on the thin client.
- Have Freevo accept Lirc input on the thin client.
- Have Freevo recieve input from USB devices such as gamepads.

So, please if you have any input whatsoever, please share.

Brgds,
Magnus
