I don't suppose anyone has yet found or developed a way to get fceu or
zsnes to fill the screen to the left and right on the Matrox G450.
dgen displays most games at the proper aspect ratio, but I'm assuming
that has more to do with the way SEGA handles pixels in the
programming (square pixels in software vs rectangular non-square
pixels that Nintendo used) I would love it if the devs of zsnes could
implement an SDL mode that allowed for 4x3 aspect ratio instead of
1:1. Even better would be a way to tell SDL's matrox driver to use
hardware stretching and make floating point scaling possible (which
most emus allow for in their OpenGL and/or xv output drivers).

Mostly just wishing it would work and hoping someone somewhere that
knows what I'm talking about can get this supported (if it's even
possible)

Thanks for you efforts. I must say you helped me immensely 18 months
or so ago when I was fisrt setting up my Slackware box with a G450 and
freevo.
