I'll investigate and tell you further. On the Recorde TV folder, the message is constant. (And the filename should be on the same matter as yours, as this is a freevo feature. If you associate a picture with a movie (for instance for movie.avi, you add movie.jpg) then this picture is now seen on the web page. This works also for CD Cover picture.
