Yes, but the trouble is : the avi and the associated fxd file do the
work in any directory but the Recorded TV Dir.

Now running the 8895 version, the only diff I see is that the remaining
min after the None is now missing.
I preferred the old way, giving the time of the movie.

Still present in the 8895 version (Just for the record, no complaint !)

Hum, still don't work for me. Could it be that I have another thing to
update ?
I just check also starting freevo in English, and the same trouble.

Just before, I updated both freevo and kaa (only kaa.base, kaa.metadata
and kaa.imlib2)

Maybe is it the trouble : I sometimes corrected some troubles by
removing entirely
/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/freevo/ before a python setup.py install
This is maybe not enough. Do you have some pointers to a process of
cleaning up our testbed ?

And for my new findings :

The web remote is fun ! I don't find any direct use for now, because I
don't see the main interface, but still, this is great, this is fun.
But I don't find the 'E' key. (One of my plans would be to be able to
start a video recompression from the web interface, so ' have tried this
way, without luck !
