Changed in my local_conf.py VIDEO_PREFERED_PLAYER = 'xine' and still out of
sync.
What I should do?

It's the standard kde sound daemon. it mixes audio together to allow
multiple programs the ability to output sound. Because of the mixing
it can delay the sound , causing sync issues. I believe kde starts it
automatically by default.
