Yes, it was a user on the forum that made me decide to create the X11 option, since he had some trouble getting a nice picture on his HDTV. Now it's there, I can't even remember why I had so much trouble with configuring Freevo to use the detected X11 resolution in the first place :-P I use this line to find out the detected resolution in a rc.firstboot script: RES=$(cat /etc/X11/xorg.conf | grep Modes | uniq | tr -s \ \ | cut -f 3 -d ' ' | tr -d "\""); and then just replace 800x600 with $RES using sed...
