There's a review of the h2 here http://www.silentpcreview.com/article756-page1.html hopefully they'll (or someone else) have an update for h3 soon enough. On the noise front apparently the newer ones aren't that bad but most of the noise is generated by the power supply unit and if you want you could replace it with one of the laptop style external transformers with no fans and dramatically reduce the noise level. I'll wait and see what happens with the h3 but I have to admit I'm quite interested.
