Morten, I think I had tried using the convert_config helper a while ago and it 
worked okay, but I tried it this last time (using the SVN build) and I'm not 
sure it did much.

I'm afraid what I ended up doing was taking the local_config.py.example in the 
source and cranking it through a merge utility with my existing 
local_config.py, basically using the new format but making sure all changes 
were carried over. I'm not sure that helps, but it could be another thing to 
try.
