Not exactly an easy list of requirements. And that last one is a really show stopper. Putting most media servers facing the internet is just asking for trouble, so will require a strong security solution on top of the media server. The other hard to get requirement is going to be the ability to select oe of multiple delivery devices at random and I am assuming use them at the same time for different audio feeds.
