You don't. Using SSL connections adds a lot of complexity and the tools for managing SSL certificates are still fairly rudimentary. For this reason we have not included SSL support within the standard RPMS. If you want to use SSL you will have to obtain the latest source via anonymous cvs and build it locally. It is fairly straightforward, just ensure the openssl packages have been installed on the hosting server and use the --with-openssl switch on the ./configure command.
