I just skimmed over the OSKit.  It does look interesting; however, the
whole idea behind LFS is a "Linux System" with only the components you
need.  So, I think a base LFS system with FreeVSD added packages, all self
contained on a bootable installation cdrom (RPM, or slack-TGZ), would be
very easy todo, plus you would have a FreeVSD installation out of the box.

Boot the CD, installation process automagically begins, probes for
ethernet cards ... etc, asks you how to set them up, installs all
software.  Remove CD, reboot, start adding VS's.
