procmail error

Hello all, I have just completed loading all the users and so on into a 
single VS' now I get this error,
   ----- Transcript of session follows -----
  procmail: Insufficient privileges
  550 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>... Insufficient permission

it is delivered to Postmaster.

I have had to bumble with perms on a few things in this one VS in order to 
make it apear as the original server, im not sure of which file that I may 
have buggered.
any one got any ideas ?
