Answer question 1) you will need to compile from source and enable ssl 
there are instructions in the readme.

Answer Question 2) if a user needs a perl module, just install in the VS, 
be careful of perms, and dont forget to set the correct rights for that 
user ( setrights command) and SUID perl doesnt work very well if at all.

Answer Question 3) Yes, you can run multiple named based servers within a 
VS, I currently am testing it with 11 domains on one VS including 
virtusertables with sendmail and all works fine.

you can see this is working if you nslookup:
  calinux6.calinuxsystems.com
  www.mandrakehelp.com
www.isacoolkid.com
www.qntsystems.com
www.glmwpg.com

thats all I can remember off the top of my head.

To answer part B of the third question regarding IP aliasing, I am not 
certain, but I would have to say no, as the components required to alias an 
IP and  link the VS to the IP are a part of the host server, and not VS.
