It means that the vsdadm command can be used to issue bind_get/bind_add
commands. vsdadm could be being invoked from the command line on the hosting
server, or the command line on another machine, via the web-administration
scripts, via the windows-based clients, or if freeVSD has been installed
within each virtual server, by the vs owner. Preliminary support has been
put in place in freeVSD-1.4.8 so that VSD can be made available within each
virtual server - you should only need to add the freevsd RPM into the
usr/share/freevsd/pkgs directory before generating your skel... but as I
say, it is preliminary.
