The only thing I get in /var/log/messages after these steps is....

.. chiefwigham inetd[897] : pid 986: exit status 1.

I have registered both 'default' and 'enhanced' skell with
part_skeladd.  I do not get any problems when I don't specify a skel
(i.e. it uses 'default' but when I actually specify 'default', I do get
the "Broken Pipe" error!!!
