just a small point on nameservers - if you have a VS admin who decides on
creating his own new and wonderful way of adding records to the name server
(like adding his username after the IP number) it does bring the whole of
named down thus rendering all VS's useless - for those that don't have an
hourly logcheck it's worth setting one up just for this
