Unfortunately, no. You can make web virtual hosts (name-based virtual
hosting) but you cannot do this with other protocols like FTP, HTTPS, POP,
IMAP, SMTP etc. For these protocols if you want to run multiple virtual
servers, you need a real IP address for each.

And unfortunately, in my experience, convincing the regional NICs to give
you IP's for this purpose is a pain in the arse, if not impossible.
