Which part of Nigel's suggestion didn't work?
Also, it would be very helpful if you could provide the following info:
Operating System version:
freeVSD version:
skel version: (generated/prebuilt?)
sendmail version:
delivery agent: (procmail?)
Are you using a standard sendmail.cf or is it handcrafted?
