yes, I checked it in /var/log/pmlog   I found the following   procmail: Lock failure on "var/spool/mail/balki.lock (where balki is the user)   I understand that it has been posted to var/spool/mail/balki folder instead of /var/spool/virtual/xyz.com/balki .Could you please explain why?   Thanks in advance balki
