Hi,

Sounds like a permissions problem with procmail.

If the mail's final destination is /var/spool/mail/<user> this is most 
strange - if the filtering is working correctly it should be passing the mail 
to the user or the virtual admin user.

Please could you do the following for me;

bevs -r (your vs)
cd /etc/procmailrcs/virtual/<virtualdomain>

within the above please perform a :

ls -la

and also

cd /var/spool/

ls -la


I'd be greatful of the results.
