I was using the 1.4.10 RPM from the FreeVSD-6.2-1 CD (but using a
standard install of Redhat 6.2 rather than installing it Redhat from the
CD.)

The fstab is enclosed.  As you can see, it seems to have put the quotas
on "/" rather than "/home"
