you did not bind webmin to an ip... (i think that webmin does not ask the question "by default" when you install it.. mmm we should talk with jamie about it.. but that's another mailing list ;)
in any case, go to webmin configuration.. then bind it to an ip.. and then you can change the port to 10000. Cheers!
