Yes, whoever you get the binaries from, has to provide you with the source
code (remember the recursive bit?).

*If* you get the binary packages from Idaya, then they are abiliged to give
you the source code.

However, since you haven't purchased the CD from Idaya, *you haven't
received the binaries from Idaya*.

Therefore you can't go asking Idaya for the souce (you don't have the
binaries!).

Buy the CD;  that way you get both!...  Problem solved.

IANAL.. however I hope helps -- and those that *can* afford the CD (even for
just copying the RPMs off) -- might like to buy it to help pay Idaya's
salaries...
