Mike, Go to the skel directory and do a : grep -r BINDADDR
then change to the vs directory and replace in those files the OLD_IP from your NEW_IP. Specifically, for sshd check /etc/ssh/sshd_config that the directive ListenAddress IP matches your current IP Now, if this doesn not solve the problem, check from the host server : netstat -nl | grep :22 and see if any other vs's or the host server itself has running a sshd using that ip.
